e-Intervention Overview for Health Systems – Prescription for change

eIntervention Overview for Health Systems

The Injury Prevention Service of the Oklahoma State Department of Health (OSDH) is excited to invite your health system to join the network of hospitals, treatment providers, social service agencies, and county health departments using eIntervention, a new, easy-to-use referral platform in Oklahoma. The OSDH is partnering with the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services and CHESS Health, a digital health company, to onboard facilities. Organizations across Oklahoma are already implementing and utilizing the eIntervention application.

eIntervention is a unique digital health tool combining a web-based, flexible, closed-loop referral management platform optimized for behavioral health and, Envoy, a smartphone app for individuals and family members.
