Community Based Prevention Programs

The Community Based prevention system is designed to promote the overall health and wellness of individuals and communities by preventing or delaying substance use.

Community Based Prevention Providers

Our community coalitions are groups of individuals and organizations that work together to achieve common community goals, such as promoting health and community protection. Our coalitions provide individuals with collective resources, expertise, and influence in their neighborhoods.

Community coalitions can also provide opportunities for networking, learning, and leadership development. Furthermore, community coalitions can empower individuals to make a positive difference in their communities.

Here’s how to get involved and engage in your community.
